Rev. Professor Afolorunsho Olalekan Dairo the Dean of the Faculty of Humanities celebrated his 60th birthday and launched his festschrift today.
We as a community felicitate with him and his entire family and pray that God continually do good things to him and through him in Jesus name.
In the words of Albert Einstein, “Strive not to be a success, but rather to be of value”; this is the case of Rev. Professor Afolorunsho Olalekan Dairo who was celebrated at his 60th birthday recently.
Representing the Vice Chancellor, Professor Anthony Akinlo, at the event was Professor (Mrs) Adebileje who gave the welcome address. She congratulated the celebrant who she says is her friend, colleague and Dean. She further praised him for being a peaceful, loving, brilliant and friendly man. Her prayer for him is that joy will not cease in his family.
