Career Prospects
Are you bursting to show the world the creative you? Can the ideas in your head entertain, educate and give insights to the global society? Would you love the spotlight to be on you and your creative talent?
Theatre Arts provides the opportunity for budding talents to study the different sectors of the creative industries in order to understand the dramatizations of the world across the live and recorded media.
It gives students the edge to work both as artists and as scholars at all levels: not only to read with an open mind, think critically, and write creatively but also to create, act, direct, shoot and edit films.
At Redeemer’s University, you get the option to specialize in core theatre and performance or film studies. With our experienced lecturers that are both practically and theoretically grounded in specific areas, we provide a supportive environment in which students can discuss the role film and theatre play in various societies; and the effect they have on our perception of the world.
