Redeemer’s University Alumnus, Olu Oyinsan Joins Ingressive Capital As VP Investment

An alumnus of the Redeemer’s University, Olu Oyinsan has been appointed as Vice President Investment and Due Diligence, at Ingressive Capital - a Silicon Valley backed venture fund that invests in early stage technology companies in Sub-saharan Africa.  Olu started his career working as a commercial banker at Guarantee Trust Bank (GTB) in Lagos before moving to the role of corporate strategy analyst at the UK branch of the same bank. He has worked as a consultant with Forrester, a global market research firm and has also worked as a relationship advisor with Silicon Valley Bank in the United States of America. He holds an MBA from Hult International Business School, Boston in Finance and Strategy and his formal training and experience will be channeled in building the future of modern African startups. Ingressive, led by Maya Horgan-Famodu, an ecosystem architect, is known as the company that brought top global accelerators and investors to explore the startup scene in the Sub-saharan region. YCombinator, GitHub, Intuit and 500 startups have visited Lagos through Ingressive and have been able to not only meet, but also fund some Nigerian startups like Paystack, OMG Digital, and Flutterwave.
